Midwest Coal Ash Association - Hyatt Regency's Mary Todd Lincoln Board Room - 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Western Region Ash Group (WRAG) - Heritage Hall Ballroom 1 - Monday - 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Combustion Byproducts Recycling Consortium (CBRC) - Heritage Hall Ballroom 2 - Monday - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
World Wide Combustion Products Network (WWCPN) - Heritage Hall Ballroom 1 - Friday - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Satellite Event Instructions:

Satellite events will be meetings, workshops, short courses, etc., convened by organizations whose members are attending WOCA. They will be held on Monday - April 11 (8:00-5:00) or in the afternoon of Friday - April 15 (1:00-5:00) of the week of WOCA.

WOCA will provide space on Monday or Friday afternoon at no charge to the convening organization. The space will be in the Lexington Center's Heritage Hall or in the Hyatt Regency Lexington. Any person or organization which would like to make use of this opportunity should keep Gretchen Tremoulet informed at the contact information on this page.

All expenses incurred beyond those for the meeting space will be the responsibility of the convening organization.

Arrangements for audiovisual services, microphones/sound, meals, beverages, meeting space set-up, etc. will be the responsibility of the convening organization. WOCA will provide contact information to the convening organization.

Satellite events may restricted, such as to members of the convening organization, but responsibility for enforcing the restrictions belongs to the convening organization.

Registration, both prior to the event and onsite, will be the responsibility of the convening organization. Registration fees will be paid directly to the convening organization.

The WOCA registration form will include the Technical Sessions and other WOCA activities on the core days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning), plus activities convened by one of the four Organizers on Monday and Friday, provided plans for those activities are given to WOCA by July 1, 2004.
