September 1, 2004 - Identifying Information and Abstract due
These must follow guidelines in Submit An Abstract
directions. If it is accepted, the abstract will be published on the
conference web site and in the abstract booklet to be given to
each attendee at the beginning of the conference.
October 29, 2004 - notification of
acceptance
Corresponding authors will be notified of acceptance status. Please note that
this date was originally October 1, but due to the overwhelming response to
the Call For Papers, it has become necessary to extend this date to October 29.
February 1, 2005 - Re-evaluation of Oral Slots
The presenter of any presentation in an oral slot needs to have registered
and paid his/her registration fee by FEBRUARY 1. At that time, we will re-evaluate the agenda.
Any presentation for which the presenter has not registered/paid will be considered for transfer into the
Poster Session to make a slot available for a presentation on the waiting list for oral presentations.
March 1, 2005 - registration
Presenters must register on or before this date if they want to
take advantage of the lower registration fee.
March 11, 2005 - if your presentation is accepted, the following are ALL due:

These MUST be received by March 11, 2005 for inclusion in the Proceedings Volume.
March 28, 2005 - PowerPoint presentations for oral presentations must be received at the CAER, if you are using one.
April 11, 2005 - poster set-up noon to 9:00 p.m.
