By March 11, 2005:

  1. Your paper must be received at the CAER
  2. Your registration form and fee must be received at OISTL. (They must be received by March 1, 2005, to take advantage of the lower registration fee.
  3. Your Fuel manuscript is due at the CAER (optional).
  4. Your Ash Library Permission form (optional) - see Ash Library Submission link above for details.

Poster Award

The Midwest Ash Organization is sponsoring a Poster Award for the best poster presentation at WOCA. See Poster Award.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Posters will be located in the East Hall of the Lexington Center's Heritage Hall.

Poster size: 4 feet by 8 feet

Provided: 4 feet by 8 feet framed, self-supported, tack board

Nothing may be attached to walls, columns, floors, etc.

Set up: noon - 9:00 pm, April 11, 2005

Poster Session: The Poster Session will be at 3:30-5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12. There will be no oral presentation sessions at that time.
Presenters are expected to be at their poster during the Poster Session.

Take down: 2:00 - 5:00 pm, April 14, 2005
