Welcoming Reception: There will be a Welcoming Reception on Monday evening, 6:30-8:00 pm (April 11) in the foyer area of Heritage Hall. It is sponsored by Synthetic Materials and will include light hors d'oeuvres, beer, and wine.
Bluegrass Reception: There will be a reception Tuesday evening, 7:00-10:00 pm (April 12) in the Bluegrass Ballroom. A dinner buffet and open bar will be provided. The Bluegrass Ballroom is located on the upper level of Heritage Hall. It is Lexington Center's newest, most elegant, and most spacious ballroom. The curved glass wall in its prefunction area overlooks the lights and fountain of Lexington's Triangle Park with the heart of downtown Lexington as a backdrop.
Luncheon on Wednesday: There will be a luncheon in East Hall sponsored by Headwaters Resources on Wednesday from noon-1:00 pm (April 13)
The C2P2 Awards Ceremony and Reception will be held on Wednesday evening at the Lexington History Museum, which is within walking distance of the Lexington Convention Center. It will include light hors d'oeuvres, beer, and wine. It is anticipated that the Reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the Ceremony at 6:00 p.m. The Ceremony will be approximately 45 minutes in length, and the cash bar will close at 7:30 p.m.
