World of Coal Ash 2005 Conference - Registration Information

The World of Coal Ash incorporates the following into one premier conference:
2005 International Ash Utilization Symposium of the UK CAER and the
ACAA's 16th International Symposium
as well as meetings/workshops of the
U. S. Office of Surface Mining
U. S. Dept. of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory
and other organizations.

Registration Information:

Take advantage of the lower prices on or before March 1, 2005.

Payment MUST accompany registration form.

Payment methods accepted are:

Check, bank draft, or money order in U. S. Dollars made payable to University of Kentucky.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards

Registration by fax is allowed ONLY if using a credit card. Fax registration to: (859) 257-2173.

Payment must be in U. S. Dollars.

We can not accept payment by electronic/bank transfer.

Cancellation with refund (less 15% administrative fee) is available until March 31, 2005. No refunds will be made after March 31, 2005.

Receipt will be sent only upon request. Please indicate your preference in the "Receipt" section on the registration form.

Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying Ms. Caylor at 859/257-2820 or email gcaylor@engr.uky.edu. Please advise us in advance of any name changes.

Each attendee will be provided with a booklet of abstracts with his/her conference materials in order to facilitate his/her selection of presentations to attend.
