By April 2, 2007:

1. Your paper must be received
2. Your registration form and fee payment must be received. To take advantage of the lower registration fee, pay by or before April 2, 2007.
3. Your Fuel manuscript (optional) is due.
4. Your Ash Library Permission form (optional) - see Ash Library Submission link above for details.

• Submit Paper for Poster - use IE for best results.
• Problems? See form hints.

Poster Award will be given for the best poster presentation at WOCA.   Details.

Speaker FYI

1. Letter of invitation will be sent ONLY if presenter requests it
2. Each presenter is responsible for making own hotel reservations
3. Each presenter is required to prepay the full registration fee
4. Letter in support of visas require advance warning
5. Registration must be paid to be included in the Proceedings Volume

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Posters will be located in the Exhibit Hall of the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

Poster size:   up to 4 feet high by 8 feet long

Provided:   up to 4 feet high by 8 feet long framed, self-supported, tack board
- Nothing may be attached to walls, columns, floors, etc.

Set up: noon - 5:00 pm, May 7, 2007

Poster Session: The Poster Session will be at 3:30-5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 8, 2007.
- Oral presentations are suspended during this session.
- Presenters are expected to be at their poster during the Poster Session.

Take down: 2:00 - 5:00 pm, May 10, 2007.
