Submission and Formating Directions:
- Instructions: Elsevier's Author Gateway.
- Submit FUEL Paper.
- Designate paper as WOCA 2007 on the page that asks for ARTICLE TYPE (usually page that appears after entering the title).
The Elsevier Ltd. journal Fuel will devote an issue to selected manuscripts from WOCA. Fuel is an international academic refereed journal published by Elsevier Ltd. in the United Kingdom.
The manuscript submitted for inclusion in Fuel MUST be different from and in addition to the manuscript submitted for the WOCA Proceedings Volume.
Manuscripts must follow the format prescribed by Fuel. They also must undergo a peer review process to evaluate their appropriateness for inclusion in Fuel.
Fuel Manuscripts must be submitted ONLY to the FUEL Journal and NOT to CAER. (This is a different process from previous conferences.)
Manuscripts are to be submitted via Elsevier's electronic "Authors' Gateway". It provides all the information and services needed to submit your paper and to track its progress through to the published article.

NOTE: Payment of registration fee and presentation of paper at WOCA do not guarantee acceptance of manuscripts. All papers will be subject to review process and will be accepted only after timely and thorough revision following peer review by Elsevier's publishing staff. ALL papers must be presented at the conference to be considered for later publication in FUEL.
Reviewers will be needed to read and critique manuscripts. Dr. Eric Suuberg is the North American Editor for Fuel and will be asking presenters and attendees to volunteer their time for this endeavor. If called upon, please respond favorably if at all possible.
