All times are Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

Participation Anticipated

More than 600 attendees are expected to attend from around the world including individuals from academia, industry, and government.

A sponsored Lunch is scheduled for Wednesday at the Convention Center.

Registration/Check-in

Registration/Check-in will begin Monday, May 7th, at noon.

Language

The language of the conference is English. Translation service for attendees is not available.

Business Casual - (coat and tie not required)

Abstract booklet

An abstract book will be given to each attendee at check-in.

Proceedings volume

Each attendee will receive one Proceedings volume, in CD-ROM format, to be mailed after the conference. Abstract books also containing the agenda will be distributed at the conference.

Special issue of the journal Fuel

The Elsevier Ltd. journal Fuel will devote an issue to selected manuscripts from the technical presentations. Fuel is an international academic refereed journal published by Elsevier Ltd. located in the United Kingdom.

International Attendees: if a letter of invitation is required for a visa, please contact Geaunita Caylor.

Attendees are responsible for the cost of their own medical care. If you do not have the type of insurance that will cover the cost of any medical attention you may need while in the U.S. you may wish to arrange for a short-term policy before you leave home.


Registration Information

Take advantage of the lower prices on or before April 2, 2007.

Payment MUST accompany registration form and must be made in U. S. Dollars. Payment methods accepted are:

Registration by fax is allowed ONLY if using a credit card. Fax registration to: (859) 257-2173.

We can not accept payment by electronic/bank transfer.

Cancellation with refund (less 15% administrative fee) is available until April 27, 2007. No refunds will be made after April 27, 2007.

Pre-conference registration for WOCA 2007 has now been CLOSED. Please register ON-SITE, May 7-10, 2007.

Basic fee for attendance on 3 Core Days
(Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Single day fee for attendance on 1 of the Core Days
(Tuesday, or Wednesday, or Thursday)

Student or Senior Citizen
A student is defined as a person who is working on a degree full time and who is not a full time employee. A senior citizen is defined as a person who is 65 years old or older. Students must have an advisor's signature (placed anywhere on the registration form). Online registration not available for student or senior citizen registration - only via fax or email.
