Why Exhibit at World of Coal Ash?

• This is the largest ash-related event in the world, anticipating over 600 attendees.

General Information

Exhibits will be located in the Exhibit Hall of the Northern Kentucky Convention Center located on the south side of Cincinnati (Covington, Kentucky). Additionally, registration, coffee breaks, and the luncheon will be held in the same Exhibit Hall, which will provide maximum exposure to and for exhibitors. The exhibit area will be locked overnight; however, neither the convention center, WOCA, UK-CAER, nor ACAA assumes any responsibility for missing items.

Exhibit Vendor

The George Fern Company will send every paid exhibitor an exhibitor services manual which contains all the information exhibitors need to order services and supplies.

Cost

$1,100 (U.S. dollars)

Includes:

• The primary exhibitor's registration.
• One link to the exhibitor's organization on the WOCA website.
• A 10 foot wide by 10 foot deep space, with an 8 foot draped backdrop behind and 3 foot drapes on two sides.
• Inclusion in brochure, abstract book, web page and Proceedings CD.

Does NOT include:

• Electrical power source or other special requirements.
• Additional people to staff exhibit booth. These people must pay regular registration price.
• Furniture, carpet or other decorations.

Accepted payment methods for registration are:

• Payment must be in U.S. Dollars.
• Check or money order payable to the University of Kentucky/CAER.
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Deadlines and Instructions

October 20, 2006:   Date by which exhibitor registration must be received in order to be included in the December conference brochure, which includes the exhibitor and sponsor listing, mailed to all potential attendees.
