Mission Statement of MCAA:
- To promote the general welfare of the coal combustion products industry through the socially beneficial, technically sound, and environmentally safe utilization of coal combustion products;

- To establish standards of professional practice and promote confidence among its members and users of coal combustion products;
- To work with and cooperate with governmental officials, material specifiers, and other organizations in activities to carry out the purposes stated above, and improve the marketing environments for coal combustion products.
