Satellite Meetings held during WOCA 2007 Conference

Satellite Event Instructions:

Satellite events will be meetings, workshops, short courses, etc., convened by organizations whose members are attending WOCA.

WOCA will provide space on Monday at no charge to the convening organization. The space will be within one of the conference hotels.

All expenses incurred beyond those for the meeting space will be the responsibility of the convening organization.

Arrangements for audiovisual services, microphones/sound, meals, beverages, meeting space set-up, etc. will be the responsibility of the convening organization.

Satellite events may restricted, such as to members of the convening organization, but responsibility for enforcing the restrictions belongs to the convening organization.

Registration, both prior to the event and onsite, will be the responsibility of the convening organization. Organizational Meeting registration fees will be paid directly to the convening organization.
