Presenters - WOCA Proceedings on the Ash Library
The Ash Library is a virtual library of papers concerning all aspects of coal combustion materials. It was envisioned from the outset as a library of papers from many different sources.
Papers (derived from oral and poster conference presentations) are from previous ash conferences, including:

CCGP Journal
The journal Coal Combustion and Gasification Products will publish selected manuscripts from WOCA. Authors should submit "peer-review ready" manuscripts to the journal for consideration.
CCGP is an international academic refereed journal jointly published by UK CAER and ACAA in the United States. Full papers will be published through the online CCGP journal, while a printed CCGP featuring abstracts will circulate in ACAA's Ash at Work.
Author Copyright
- Authors retain copyright to the papers. Their appearance in the Ash Library constitutes a
single use license.
2011 WOCA Papers
- WOCA 2011 Proceedings Papers, submitted by the due date, will be available directly from the Ash Library web site - (www.flyash.info) during and after the conference. (Some papers may not appear until 1 to 3 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.) By utilizing this web technology, we intend to speed the dissemination of the proceedings.
2009 WOCA Papers
- Change for 2009 Conference Papers:
In addition to the traditional Proceedings Volume in CD format, ALL 2009 WOCA Proceedings Papers were made available from the Ash Library - (www.flyash.info). Authors granted permission to have the paper listed on the Ash Library by the submission of their paper to the 2009 conference.
1999 - 2007 Papers
- Permission was required from the author before the paper was added to the Ash Library for papers from the 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007 conferences. Approximately 50% of the authors granted permission for their proceedings paper to appear on this site.
PDF Security
- Papers in the Ash Library are in Acrobat .pdf format with security. Altering or copying from the papers is prevented by that security. Papers can be printed, downloaded, and/or cited. If downloaded, the security restrictions go with the download, as they are a part of the file. (Please note that, while the technology is quite reliable, there is no security that can not be disengaged by a person with enough programming knowledge.)
