World of Coal Ash Conference 2009 Deadlines
Date Task Description
October 13, 2008 Abstract Due If accepted, the abstract will be published on the conference web site and in the abstract booklet to be given to each attendee at the beginning of the conference.
December 1, 2008 Notification of Acceptance Corresponding authors will be notified of acceptance status.
April 1, 2009 "Early-Bird" Registration Ends All Attendees MUST register on or before this date to take advantage of the lower registration fee.
March 23, 2009 Accepted Presentations The following are ALL due:
  • paper for Proceedings Volume
  • Your Ash Library Permission form (optional) - see Ash Library Submission link for details
  • registration form and payment
  • Speaker details
