DID YOU KNOW ...

WOCA has made every effort to secure the best possible group nightly room rate for you. That rate results from a negotiated overall package of event needs such as sleeping rooms, meeting room space and other requirements. WOCA will incur additional costs if it falls short of its minimum room block guarantee. Please book your housing needs at a designated hotel.

Reserving OUTSIDE the room block may jeopardize our ability to meet contracted obligations and therefore adversely affect the WOCA conference registration fee. Thank you for your support and understanding of this important issue by making your sleeping room reservations within the WOCA room block.
