More than 500 attendees are expected to attend from around the world including individuals from academia, industry, and government.

Registration/Check-in will begin Monday, May 9th, at noon.
The language of the conference is English. Translation service for attendees is not available.

An abstract book will be given to each attendee at check-in.
Each attendee will receive access to the conference Proceedings. Abstract books also containing the agenda will be distributed at the conference.
The WOCA short course and the 2011 WOCA conference will qualify for professional development continuing education credit (PHD) for professional engineers. Please contact Ms. Caylor for additional information.

Attendees are responsible for the cost of their own medical care. If you do not have the type of insurance that will cover the cost of any medical attention you may need while in the U.S. you may wish to arrange for a short-term policy before you leave home.
Core Events (oral and poster sessions; exhibits, registration, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, computer room and speaker ready room) and Satellite events will occur in the Denver Marriott Tech Center located in Denver, Colorado USA.
Registration Information, including fees, will be posted at a later date.
Students are encouraged to attend the WOCA 2011 Conference. Individuals seeking student status must meet this criteria. Student Fees will be set at a later date.
