Deadlines and Instructions
October 30, 2008: Sponsorship request and payment by this date in order to be included in the December conference brochure, which includes the exhibitor and sponsor listing, mailed to all potential attendees.
Donation Information
- Payment must be in U.S. Dollars.
- Make check bank draft or money order payable to ACAA.
- Payment must be accompanied by a letter on your company's letterhead.
- Payment may be made by credit card to ACAA through mail, phone or fax.
- Payment may be made as a general donation (Platinum, Gold, etc.) or for a specific function.
